She has been interviewed locally on Fox 45 and Channel 11, WEAA, WHUR, BMore new and a host of other media outlets. This author and high impact mindset trainer proves to everyone that anything is possible and even flew an airplane on her birthday to prove it. She truly lives her life uncuffed and has been named Top 100 Minority Business In The Mid-Atlantic Region, Baltimore Times Indie Entrepreneur of The Week, Black Wall Street Honoree and Baltimore's Best. She is a national title holder as Mrs. Corporate America, 2014 after competing against corporate leaders and women from all over the country.
This retired police detective is no ordinary girl, she is an active mentor to underserved teens and founder of SharperMinds, a non-profit 501C3, that educates families about domestic violence.
Coaching comes very natural to her and her unique style yields result. Her clients are blown away as they discover their own purposes. She has delivered her signature speech, 5 Steps to Extreme Happiness & Keys To Access Your Inner Entrepreneur to diverse audiences across the country.
She uses her experience in the interrogation room as a detective in a major metropolitan city; where she has spent several years face to face with sexual predators and abusers. She aggressively teaches others about their power, their purpose and latent things that hold them from greatness. Smith holds a Masters in Education from the University of Maryland, University College and a Bachelors in Psychology from Coppin State University. She is a wife, a mother, and an active member of her community. She accepts her role as a mentor, role model and leader.
